How Do MEDIballs Kegel Balls Work?

MEDIballs are inserted into the vagina where they act as a weight to tone and strengthen the vaginal muscles and pelvic floor. As they are inserted into the vagina and can't be seen outside the body, they are discreet and undetectable while in use.

How to Use MEDIballs

It is recommended to begin your pelvic floor training using the single MEDIball (45g) first before progressing to using the double MEDIball (90g) after 2-3 months or when you feel you are ready.

When Will I See Results?

It is recommended to wear your MEDIballs for 10 minutes each day to start seeing results within approximately 3 weeks.
