Blackmores Bio Zinc provides a potent, one-a-day dose that supports healthy immune system function, skin integrity, wound healing, and general health and wellbeing. Zinc, found in every cell of the body, is essential for immune system function, wound healing, and healthy skin. Additionally, zinc plays a crucial role in male reproductive health and the production of healthy sperm.

These tablets also contain vitamin A, which is important for skin function and repair.

Ingredients:

• Zinc amino acid chelate (zinc 25 mg) 125 mg
• Magnesium phosphate (magnesium 25 mg) 122 mg
• Manganese amino acid chelate (manganese 2 mg) 20 mg
• Vitamin A (retinyl acetate 860 microgram) 2500 IU (750 microgram retinol equivalents)
• Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 50 mg

Allergen: Phenylalanine

Usage Directions: Adults Ð Take 1 tablet once a day, or as professionally prescribed. Take with food.

Storage: Store below 30¡C in a dry place away from direct sunlight.

When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalent, vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalent for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalent for men. WARNING: contains B6. Stop taking this product if you are experiencing tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. Keep out of reach of children. Vitamin and mineral supplements are not a replacement for a healthy diet. Talk to your doctor before taking this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
