Blackmores Valerian Forte contains valerian, used in Western herbal medicine to help reduce time to fall asleep and support refreshing sleep. These one-a-day tablets also reduce restless sleep and promote mind relaxation.

Ingredients:

• Valerian officinalis (valerian) extract dry conc. 400 mg equiv. to dry root and rhizome 2 g (2000 mg) standardised to contain valerenic acids 3.2 mg.

Usage Directions:

Adults Ð take one tablet 30 minutes to an hour before bedtime, or when experiencing insomnia.

Storage:

Store below 30¡C in a dry place away from direct sunlight.

Warnings:

• In rare cases, valerian may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching.
• Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Keep out of reach of children. Vitamin and mineral supplements are not a replacement for a healthy diet.
• Not recommended for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
• In rare cases, Valerian officinalis has been reported to be associated with liver injury. Please discuss any concerns or questions you have with your health professional.
• Some products should be ceased at least two weeks before any elective surgery, please confirm with your health professional.
