Active Ingredients
- Adults and children over 6 years: 1-2 sprays up each nostril repeated 2-3 times daily.
- Blow the nose gently.
- Remove protective cap and with head upright, insert the nozzle into one nostril.
- Depress the pump once to release a fine mist into the nasal passage.
- Repeat with the other nostril.
- For best results, inhale gently as you administer the spray as this allows the mist to penetrate deeper into the nasal passages.
- Caution: Continual use of this product for a period longer than 3 days is not recommended, unless advised by a doctor.
